This policy explains what personal information we collect through alkhalaq.ae, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information you give us
When you contact us through the website, a Google advertisement, or WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to provide. Typically that is your name, telephone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project.
We ask for this so that we can reply to you, prepare a quotation, and arrange a site visit. We do not require any of it in order for you to browse the site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working.
We also use a business-identification service that estimates the company a visit may have come from, based on the network address. This identifies organisations, not individuals, and we use it only to understand which businesses are interested in our services.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies for three purposes: to make the site function, to measure how it is used through Google Analytics, and to measure the performance of our Google advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing them will not stop you using the site.
How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who we share information with
We share limited information with service providers who help us run the business and the website. These currently include Google (Analytics, Ads and Business Profile), our website hosting provider, our email provider, and a business-identification service. Each processes information on our instructions.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. Website analytics are retained in aggregated form.
Keeping your information safe
Access to enquiry records is limited to people in our business who need it. Our website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete information where we no longer need it
- stop using your information for marketing
- provide your information in a portable form

Children
Our services are sold to adults and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
